Teammates are supportive and you can easily reach partner as well for a genuine queries and discussion about your career development and works. I have worked here for 2 years as intern and have learnt in various fields, If I talk about the clients either it is Company, LLP, NPO/NGOs or Individuals and If I talk about exposures, then I must say, have got exposure in Accountancy, statutory compliances, Taxation Direct/Indirect, GST Audits, Statutory Audits(Tax and Company Audit) and so on. Here one can get exposure in IFRS Audit as well. You will have to be a good swimmer to go in depth of the exposure sea for what you could get here. You get a fame to be part of International Network Firm. PMH is independent member of Kudos International Network, UK.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
