I have worked here for 2 years as intern and have learnt in various fields, If I talk about the clients either it is Company, LLP, NPO/NGOs or Individuals and If I talk about exposures, then I must say, have got exposure in Accountancy, statutory compliances, Taxation Direct/Indirect, GST Audits, Statutory Audits(Tax and Company Audit) and so on. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
