Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

It's a great pleasure to work there. Senior faculties help freshers in all the activities. They mingle freshers with senior faculties in all the programme arrangements like arranging workshops, awareness programmes, student development council and conducting seminars etc.

...place is not spacious. overcrowded Classrooms( min50students to max 60students). So its very difficult to pay individual attention to each student.

You will learn everything from organizing an event to co-ordinating with college board for NAAC and Autonomy visits.
