Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The work at PMC Developers was really challenging for every new comer. You have to be 100% honest towards your work , you must have a clear cut idea about the work to be done. Anyway, if you are lacking these skills , the Boss will definitely help you achieve those skills.

Dislikes

The working days at PMC Developers are 7 days a week, means you are not entitled for a weekly off day.
