its good industry to learn almost everything which cover the quality of an Engineer like to use measuring instrument, team work, system planning, 5S etc. here job is secure, working environment is good but in case of growth its not a better place, one year is enough to work here and try to another best companies like mnc's

people working in labour are illitrate, even people working in an Engineering level they too talk or behave like a labourer. lack of communication skills

In this industry i learn too much things one thing is important is that we have to indepency to gain knowledge by using gauges with the help of seniors.

This company has very large duty hour approx 11 hr 30 min and poor carrier growth here you have to give effort but you get only negative feedback
