Very bad experience .Team Sunny is just a puppet to higher management and treats employees very badly. There are no fixed hours of work .They make you work on Sundays also. Worst company with bad culture.

Good for learning and particularly real estate sector

There is only tele calling and they call it’s market research. Manager & management all are blind. They only give appraisal to AS* Lickers, Don’t support normal hardworking person.

Constant nagging from seniors, if you are new you have to be thick skinned. No appreciation at all, you are expected to overwork, work life balance is nil. However hard you try, you will be silently observed and judged. Constant pressure to work until one mistake, than you will face the wrath passed by some frustrated manager which come from above. This viscious cycle is never ending. You will learn nothing here, save yourself and stay away!

I didn't like anything about the company but I met my boyfriend there so that I used like the most there.

Everything, at start people were good to work with but later they show their real faces.Some people was really good but they left the organisation already.
