...here is no such thing as rules and regulations. And let alone work life balance. I joined with a salary of Rs 9013, today my salary is Rs 11,807. What else can I say about sadness?Owners must think about this.

There are too many salary benefits Holidays are also a cherry on top You will learn many things if you are interested about jewels.

But the office politics are pathetic. You will only get hike if you keep oiling your seniors. Being at e-commerce it was a pathetic experience for me. The Assistant Manager’s behaviour is tremendously bad and the director’s listen to the higher authorities only no new ideas are been appreciated if you are an executive.

Less salary compare to xyz brands. No appraisal it will take years more than anything for promotion and just 800/- appraisal every year depends on the pay scale how to survive with less salary in metro cities.. Don't compromise with salary while discussion don't go with CTC. Ask how much salary net every with will be given dnt negotiate with ctc ever

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not decent, career growth is very slow. Job Not secure for this company..Very bad work culture for this company. I am not recommended for thish company joined .

Politics, Work load only for dedicated people, Salary increase only for favourable people, Directors listen only to the Department Heads without judging. After 7 years of hard work poor career growth & salary rise.
