But the office politics are pathetic. You will only get hike if you keep oiling your seniors. Being at e-commerce it was a pathetic experience for me. The Assistant Manager’s behaviour is tremendously bad and the director’s listen to the higher authorities only no new ideas are been appreciated if you are an executive.

Less salary compare to xyz brands. No appraisal it will take years more than anything for promotion and just 800/- appraisal every year depends on the pay scale how to survive with less salary in metro cities..
