The integration processwhen Merck was acquired it was very smooth process

Dislikes

The overall Goal settings and Extreme pressure forachieving salkes targets MOM basis, without really factoring in the change dynamics at the Market place. Too much emphasis on adding female work force, loosing out on Quality of people.
