No job Security. Terrible Company Culture. Non technical person with no technicality and no work knowledge is a Regional head.

...lture. No Professionality. No Career growth. It is not a job, It's like a slave. If any Sunday take a leave, you will get loss of a day salary. It is 24x7 working days. Even though you worked for full a month, there is no guarantee to get full month of Salary. It is a Tamilian Company, Benefits and Compensation only for them. For Non Tamilian life is horrible like a slave. There is lot of difference in pay packages for Tamilian and Non Tamilians. There is no Work life balance for other than Tamilian.

Company and collegeaues are like friends working for the project to complete within the time. Company never shows a disrespectful with the staff, moreover it's completely based on Manager and Project In-charge.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
