There is uncertainty in job role, lack of process policies for regular operations. Non clarity among leaders . Fight for power, and getting highlight in front of CMD (onwer) for their own individual growth.
Have not worked with a more structured and supportive management. As any growing firm, this is a place that supports great ideas and effort. Had some tough in regards to HR but management has been very responsive and working at reforming it straight from the top. Overall really respect the vision of the Exec team led by the new CEO and highly recommend anyone looking to grow and learn to join Ozone. I would never leave Ozone in such an exciting phase of its professional led leadership.

They have a short vision, manipulative, political, regressive mentality, and less educated inexperienced, incompetent, unprofessional, impulsive and gullible top management, snake colleagues. Mental harassment, no respect for hierarchy, Ineffective work culture, laziness, nothing on the track. It would be better to avoid this. More you can learn and grow elsewhere. They have a Use-and-throw attitude, uninformed decisions, and abuse of power. You are supposed to deliver selflessly to selfish people. Excessively exercise silent layoff. They promote gossip culture in the name of teamwork. This is not policy-driven co. Even if you can't complain to HR about any issue they don't care. If you work hard you will be treated as a fool even by the management. Join the lazy people group otherwise their cartel will attack you and throw you out. put extra burden or try to manipulate new employees never give clear JD to harass after joining.
And most importantly the leadership has Imposter syndrome and lacks objectivity.
HR department is useless as being handled by the inexperienced and incompetently people That leads to High level of office politics

Management has no clear vision and mission that leads to frequent profile changes of employees
Employees are confused that for what they were hired for and what are they doing in reality.
You are good and your job is safe if there is someone who is protecting you in spite of your incompetency and wrong doings
