salary dates are flexible and you will not be sured when salry will credit in your accounts. company having 2 different bank account so half employees and half employees are Always in confusion state. management Always blames on banks for late salary and behave like Its Bank's fault not companies fault. working culture is not satisfactory you've to work like data entry operator
