Great company for onroll employees in terms of salary! They gets more than they deserves. Third party payroll employees gets lower salary ,however no discrimination between regular and third party in terms of behaviour, respect and work. Why to join- if you wish to work hard in challenging environment, no cabin environment. Why not to join- if you wish to do 10 am to 7 pm job, its impossible here.
