OYO management literally gangs of thieves. I used to be fan of Riteish aggarwal once upon a time now not any more. He is now leading gangs of thieves. I was recently joined OYO as BDM and my experience was horrible.

There is not such issues with the company policies and the overall experience is good but Company should take more care about the future of their employees by providing proper appraisals timely.

The thing which i like about oyo rooms is i get time for my personal life also . Else were if you working with any hospitality industry you can balance work life and personal life .

Salary is very low No increments No promotions No rewards or staff welfares No Respect Salary is not giving on time and also without knowing they cut your salary for no reason

Ontime Salary with proper pay slips.

No Training for freshers. Management always instructs the front office staff to get 5* ratings and positive reviews but the property has a lot of repair issues that were never solved.

OYO give you high salary as compared to other companies but only for short term . Because they use to dissolve the whole department only after sometime
