OYO give you high salary as compared to other companies but only for short term . Because they use to dissolve the whole department only after sometime

I have furloughed at this corona pandemic time and currently on temporary leave without pay, and in most of the companies hiring is on hold and I'm running for daily needs of my family. I will very appreciate if got rehired at my position in Oyo. I have not any increament or any promotion in my 16 months work at Oyo. There are politics in management level.

... saying he is correct. Politics is there, you are not appreciated for your work. When asked for appresel, said you did not do any work and you are on high package already. In town hall CEO other leadership will say big big words we did this, that, flana n all but on grounds same culture. Oyo hires people on contract bases, which means you are treated like a slave, also they fired 70% people last year. No IJP and no learnings. It's better not to join Oyo.

Well only work from home was good, and everything is bad

Company culture ,work life balance, promotion , salary all are adequate and every angle it is the best company ever.

Nothing like that. Some times hard time comes every company. Its have tackle because its own work family.

... hotelier object to delist hotel they strictly say no and drag partner to court. Worst organisation to work where half of salary goes back to organisation through wallet recharge orelse you will loose your job.
