Salary is very low No increments No promotions No rewards or staff welfares No Respect Salary is not giving on time and also without knowing they cut your salary for no reason

This is one company who teaches employees how to commit fraud against hoteliers, to receive salary one has to implement fraudulent policies and if one disagrees, they tell you to leave. Please do not join this company.

Everything, from company policies to standards of working, worst ever company run by a bunch or fraudulent individuals.

1. At time of covid19 pressure to resign Job. 2. Not provide proper compensation 3. Play LWLP game with Employee to destroy present and future. 4.Appoint ABC consultany for New job finding to Employee but not provide any job or assistance. 5. Emotion less management not thinking about employee and there family. Think about 100 time before joining such company.

...my experience to join such bad organisations. Please do not join this company . If you have last option then demand 100% rise in salary and starting finding new job from day one. Because company not having any type of job security any time order to resign.

...is directly ask all valuable and key members to leave in the pendamic situation. Just gave 30% of basic salary for 2 months in last 4 months and after a long wait they want everyone to leave the company or extend leave without pay scheme for next 6 months on employees choice. Organization is not taking responsibility for anything just wants employees to take all the risk. Not giving any compensation and benefits while having a good liquidity reserves.

"Job security" words doesn't exist in the organization. Few employees are not having enough qualification for existance, Most of the top management staff is not having enough experience to govern a city level business but they are leading County business. All strategies and business models are designed on baseless assumption. Company left alone there employees at the time when they need support from the company.

...nviroment and culture. Management is very supportive. Company policies are good. At this critical situation Covid-19 lockdown company paid basic salary which was very helpful.

Dislikes

Job security is terrible. Good company but no salary increment and did not provide food and accommdations for staff.
