Nothing to likes about Demand Manager at OYO. Worst job told ever, worst work culture ever. OYO is one of the worst place to work.

- No work life balance - No leave, leave means work from home - Pune's MMCEO Nikhar parikh is worst manager ever I have seen in my entire life, he is only good to beautiful girls. - They have a special Saturday target, you have to fulfill it at any cost, how you will bring queries in every Saturday in entire year. If you don't haveany queries on Saturday no matter how much business you have done in entire week you have to 50000 to 1 lakh on every Saturday and for that bring queries on Saturday or you have to give 30% of your target amount to property owner and will make fake bookings they will check in and check out. - Manager will call you from morning 9 to Night 1 AM & you have to pick their call at any cost, or he will mark you LWP. - Oyo's value is very low in market, only companies have budget less than 2000 will go for OYO for their daily bookings....Read More
