Those who all are booking the rooms on walking they are hiding that much of customer to get money personally Business head santhosh cheating company & Clients
He have seperate team to cheat and add more in room bookings to hide company side and clients side he doing some business in the name of oyo
Office culture not good not supporting staff not supporting manager ❌ any work self abusing word every stop and colleagues angry man working culture is not certified not humidity work pressure and above
Salary gets credited into employee account even before month ends.

Unprofessional people at Manager position who don't know how to lead and guide a team.
Manager always criticize you even if you miss on a single parameter in any day.
Manager don't know how to behave.
They (Management) know what is actually happening at the ground (cheating with customer) but even after that they push you to do it and if you don't then your manager will shout at you, criticize you. Every day manager tell to it's team that if you are not able to do it then put down the paper and leave the company.
...nly and top management is also aware of the same but still no one does anything. You have to put back 20-25% of your salary back in certain ways to retain your position and make grade for variable payout. The worst work culture I have ever seen in my entire career. You have to satisfy the state head’s ego to continue in the system. Companies like EMT and MMT has stopped recruiting people from OYO because the activities happen in OYO. OYO is not just a Company its a Mafia who loot Hoteliers and Play with the Career of their Own Employees

3. If u want to survive in this company then u need to spent at-least 10k -15k from your own salary. Then also you will get fired from your job if u are not spending money for your boss this a big joke in this company.
4. Not only employee even though the customers ( Hotel Owner ) is not satisfied by OYO policy if u will visit in Western Mumbai side they will abuse you and will say get lost.
5. Even sometime when you will visit at the hotel and as soon as the owner identifies that you are from OYO they will not let you go also they will ask from you that Who is going to give their pending amount from OYO.
6. Your senior colleagues will do back-bitiching in front of your manager.
7. Full of politics.
8. Even you need to work on Sunday from home till 2pm.
9. They will even expect to do work which they never told you to do.
10. Also company has changed their office for 3 times because OYO has done fraud with hotel owners.
11. There is lot of deductions from hotel owner's wallet not even owner will get to know not even employee will get to know. There is no transparency while deductions.
12. If u are bringing and deal for the company also if u want any kind of exception there is no exception for juniors only senior employees can have that privilege.
13. You can't even take your company's name in market because of these scams how shameful is this for a employee.
