Compensation is decent, but growth opportunities are very limited. The pressure to perform is immense, Sometimes you have to work 14-18 hours in a day. The organization is now shifting more towards weekly target achievements, it could be difficult for new joiners to fit in. Most of the management are unaware of processes and it can lead to delays in delivery.

This is the first company PAN india who had done lay off that too without a single rupee compensation, they even didn't think once that how will there employee will survive without the salary, how will employee will give his child school fees and his parents medicine.

Dislikes

Every 3rd month there will be lay off news and job insecurity is at it's peak.

the upper management team seating there for ages .. and their roots are so much interconnected so that they hardly care about their self included malpractices.. and frontliners used to suffer coz they need to burn their pockets to meet company's expectations. there is no organic sale in this co .. whichever sales is showing its totally fabricated.. Hub heads , region heads .. operation personel .. MM CEO all are incorporated in this Nexus..

Dislikes

Pathetic work environment. Pathetic work life balance. Unprofessional people at Manager position who don't know how to lead and guide a team. Manager always criticize you even if you miss on a single parameter in any day. Manager don't know how to behave. They (Management) know what is actually happening at the ground (cheating with customer) but even after that they push you to do it and if you don't then your manager will shout at you, criticize you. Every day manager tell to it's team that if you are not able to do it then put down the paper and leave the company.
