Play LWLP game with Employee to destroy present and future. 4.Appoint ABC consultany for New job finding to Employee but not provide any job or assistance. 5. Emotion less management not thinking about employee and there family. Think about 100 time before joining such company.

...my experience to join such bad organisations. Please do not join this company . If you have last option then demand 100% rise in salary and starting finding new job from day one. Because company not having any type of job security any time order to resign.

They fired me without any notice period and also asked to write a resignation for myself to pay me for 1 month salary. They don't care about anything upper level staffs save their jobs though don't have anything to do except firing the ground staff.I serve them honestly for 2 years, hardworking day and night instead they called me up and asked to write a resignation and paid me 1 month salary.I didn't have any option as it was lock down to accept that chillar....please work some where else not in oyo, they never support you in hard times

Everything from encouraging to cheat owners to not supporting at the time of needs, who ever worked with or partnered with oyo,had to suffered.

I am the employe of oyo from December 2019. But now in covid-19 pandemic Oyo supports me for every month salary. Now i am waiting for come back on my work with thwe full energy for the organization.But now days i am afraiding to lose my job because no one is giving information about that the properties will start or not in futrue.

the upper management team seating there for ages .. and their roots are so much interconnected so that they hardly care about their self included malpractices.. and frontliners used to suffer coz they need to burn their pockets to meet company's expectations. there is no organic sale in this co .. whichever sales is showing its totally fabricated.. Hub heads , region heads .. operation personel .. MM CEO all are incorporated in this Nexus..

No work Life balance. Too much travel and work. Work start at 9 AM but there is no time for ending. They can call you anytime. You have to work on Sunday also. Multiple approval required for leave. And the worst thing is Office Politics.
