Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? the upper management team seating there for ages .. and their roots are so much interconnected so that they hardly care about their self included malpractices.. and frontliners used to suffer coz they need to burn their pockets to meet company's expectations. there is no organic sale in this co .. whichever sales is showing its totally fabricated.. Hub heads , region heads .. operation personel .. MM CEO all are incorporated in this Nexus..

Dislikes

No work Life balance. Too much travel and work. Work start at 9 AM but there is no time for ending. They can call you anytime. You have to work on Sunday also. Multiple approval required for leave. And the worst thing is Office Politics.
