...tually there is no skill development stuff for people who are facing down face . They can change the salary structure and work on trainers . Removing employee from the system is not an achievement , stand with your employees and make them perfect , then growth will automatically come .

No Training for freshers. Management always instructs the front office staff to get 5* ratings and positive reviews but the property has a lot of repair issues that were never solved.

The company culture is absolutely toxic. From bottom level employees to top level everyone is corrupt. There are many malpractices happening in the organization and no one really cares. They will just continue to burn investor money and try to create a good image of the company by having a poster boy leading them, with no sort of leadership experience or capability. There is extreme favoritism and dirty politics along with lack of transparency, processes etc.

No job security any time you could be fired big fish looking for small fish , work culture is not up to mark as required in hospitality because company lacks skill full quality man power., Management is keep changing because company lacks stable people. Company policies are satisfied its question mark on whether people could able to make it count its satisfied. OYOROOMS required to work alot to provide work satisfaction to their employee
