Oyo hires people on contract bases, which means you are treated like a slave, also they fired 70% people last year. No IJP and no learnings. It's better not to join Oyo.

Compensation and benefits was good. Flexible working hours, open door policy so there was no difficulty in approaching manager

Managers approach was useless, 24*7 job, sometimes we used to get only 3hrs average sleep, no resolution was provided by mgmt, mid level mgmt can be fired anytime no job security, no training at all, lots of legal issues, liasoning is so poor with clients that staff suffers, high amount of frauds are going on.
