Terrible and very toxic work culture. Layoffs are a quarterly thing. Work life balance is a big thumbs down. There is no personal life left after 6.5 days of a work week. Yeah, you have to work till 1pm on Sundays too.

Every 3 months, they keep changing the KRA,. Even though you are in Sales, you can not make funnel since company one day ask you to leave this and do some other task as per new KRA.

...oyo, many employee on furlough for more than 4 months without any prior notice . Don't chase high salary better it join low salary job , Oyo can give to ditch suddenly . In this bad situation you don't have any option.selfsh company selfish culture , they don't deserve to say human .

You have to put back 20-25% of your salary back in certain ways to retain your position and make grade for variable payout. The worst work culture I have ever seen in my entire career. You have to satisfy the state head’s ego to continue in the system. Companies like EMT and MMT has stopped recruiting people from OYO because the activities happen in OYO. OYO is not just a Company its a Mafia who loot Hoteliers and Play with the Career of their Own Employees
