Cons: 1. No good projects 2. No skill growth 3. Low pay 4. Slow growth 5. Low opportunities 6. Poor mentor ship from senior developers 7. Aggressive deadlines 9. Small team, too much work. Exceeds the 9 hr window sometimes.

Best learning environment for career beginners and youngsters. Ģood and higher salary slabs as compared to similar companies. 5 days work culture is really helpful for maintaining Work Life Balance.

Dislikes

Quantity matters rather than quality. Policies wrt business growth needs more stability and standardisation. Growth without proper and streamlined process will be difficult unless this issue is seriously addressed.

... hotelier object to delist hotel they strictly say no and drag partner to court. Worst organisation to work where half of salary goes back to organisation through wallet recharge orelse you will loose your job.
