I am working here since mar'19 on OTA Department on off roll payroll. Work culture is good but if you want to learn and grow this is not the company i did not get any increament in past 2.4 years.

Job security, Leave policy : one can take 1 week leave every quarter

Dislikes

Cons: 1. No good projects 2. No skill growth 3. Low pay 4. Slow growth 5. Low opportunities 6. Poor mentor ship from senior developers 7. Aggressive deadlines 9. Small team, too much work. Exceeds the 9 hr window sometimes.

... saying he is correct. Politics is there, you are not appreciated for your work. When asked for appresel, said you did not do any work and you are on high package already. In town hall CEO other leadership will say big big words we did this, that, flana n all but on grounds same culture. Oyo hires people on contract bases, which means you are treated like a slave, also they fired 70% people last year. No IJP and no learnings. It's better not to join Oyo.

The work culture No holidays Nothing streamlined No leaves They need to know all your whereabouts No sense of personal boundaries Unnecessary pressure No planning of work 24/7 work culture They will always be a start up because they don’t believe in changing what’s not right Jugaad
