It was great time working for oyo,I was enjoying my job with full enthu since 2015, but during covid 19 , company has taken step back in respect of supporting , knowingly that nobody will get job opportunity in current situation.

It could be better solution if company cut off equal percentage from each and every employees salary, nobody would affect badly with this. No work Life balance. Too much travel and work. Work start at 9 AM but there is no time for ending. They can call you anytime. You have to work on Sunday also. Multiple approval required for leave. And the worst thing is Office Politics.
