I had chance to work with supportive team that guided me through content creation process. The Feedback i received helped me to grow and improve my writing skills. I appreciate the process to research and write content for various projects, from blog posts to case studies and brochures. Oyecommerz has great team culture where everyone is open to ideas. I had daily one on one session with my mentor to improve my technical and writing skills and discuss content strategy.

Dislikes

In my opinion there is nothing to dislike about the company, minor issues like working with deadlines and communication gap while remote working happen sometimes.

My Experience in Oyecommerz as an content writer intern was great for learning opportunity. The team was supportive and provide guidence throughout the internship helping to improve my writing skills and content strategy skills. I had given chance to explore different content strategy skills from blogs to case studies that makes it engaging. The Company has collaborative culture and had chance to work with other teams. Regular mentor sessions helped me to focus on my skills and work on the projects.

while i enjoyed working here, but sometimes working remotly can cause communication delay when working on collaborative projects.

Oyecommerz has been Good to me as an SEO intern. Since joining the company, I always had the feeling that I am an important and needed member of the organisation. The learning was immense since it was an actual SEO site and I got to work on their SEO strategies besides appreciating the technicality of on-page and off-page SEO. I also got to know the basics of keyword research, content optimization, and even SEO audits — so, important foundational knowledge. What I did like most out of the whole process was the tutoring. My manager kept being responsive and helpful in letting me know what to do and what mistakes to avoid. This enabled me to expand my knowledge and qualify for live client projects while using the best practices obtained. This is again another area where I benefited substantially during the internship; it was about the organizational culture. Oyecommerz provides for desirable working conditions and fundamental idea of cooperation among the workers. People were also willing to speak and seek clarification and information from other fellow team members from different departments.

Internship has been very helpful, it has been found that more exposure to the higher level of SEO had went missing

During my time as a UI/UX Designer Intern at Oyecommerz, i gained incredible experience working on a variety of design projects. I had the chance to work with tools like Figma and Adobe XD, which allowed me to improve my skills and explore my creativity. The team at this organization is extremely welcoming and open to new ideas, making it a great place to learn. I was given the freedom to experiment with different design concepts while receiving constructive feedback from my mentor. One thing i truly appreciated was the opportunity to work on both web and mobile app design projects. It was a great learning experience to design with both platforms in mind. The chance to present my ideas to the team and make meaningful contributions was really rewarding.

Dislikes

While my overall experience was positive, there was a minor challenge. The deadlines sometimes felt tight, which meant i had to work quickly to meet expectations.

Likes

I am working in the digital marketing team and the team here is fantastic. Everyone is approachable and always willing to help during the marketing campaign launch. Also, I have the advantage of flexible working hours to maintain my productivity.

Dislikes

I like challenging environments, that's why I didn't add this to the problems. However, just like other companies, despite flexible working hours, the demands of some projects can take personal time.
