Organisation is good but there is someone who is trying to hard to please and overly eager to impress manager.

Dislikes

I would not recommend joining under inexperienced managers, as poor leadership can impact your work environment. Certain individuals micromanage unnecessarily, rely too much on excessive documentation (like maintaining multiple Google Sheets), and create a negative team culture by speaking about employees behind their backs. Unfortunately, this affects teamwork and morale in what is otherwise a good organization.

Dislikes

They don't know how to lend. They have good perks but don't really want to give them to you. Terrible travel and transfer policy. Terrible job security, no proper credit team, super conservative.

Seniors don't have any prior knowledge. So you don't have to worry about micro management because they can easily be fooled

Dislikes

No skill development. No growth. Even a janitor who agrees to sales will be given a job here. In my team one of the member had a fake degree and everyone knew but nothing is done because he agreed to do sales. Another team member was hired even after knowing he had court proceedings pending for bashing his prior boss. Imagine that.
