The sales policies are poorly structured, leaving employees without the necessary resources to succeed. This disjointed culture fosters confusion and discouragement, making it difficult for the team to thrive or feel motivated. Overall, the absence of effective support and clear policies creates a toxic environment that hampers both performance and morale.

Organisation is good but there is someone who is trying to hard to please and overly eager to impress manager.

Dislikes

I would not recommend joining under inexperienced managers, as poor leadership can impact your work environment. Certain individuals micromanage unnecessarily, rely too much on excessive documentation (like maintaining multiple Google Sheets), and create a negative team culture by speaking about employees behind their backs. Unfortunately, this affects teamwork and morale in what is otherwise a good organization.

I like the environment in which we work.All employees are too supported, understand a lot and here we all work like a family . Too initiatives made by the HR department for curricular activities.

Dislikes

Here I dislike the most is that work from home is not available. I say that that atleast all Saturday & Sunday will be holiday.

Work life balance is good. Perks are good too.

Dislikes

They don't know how to lend. They have good perks but don't really want to give them to you. Terrible travel and transfer policy. Terrible job security, no proper credit team, super conservative.

They hire on contract and each time they extended contact without any prior notice.Manager and upper label management not think about fresher and new joinee.Hr always share wrong information about the job role at the time of hiring.
