Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...ver gave incentives never gave travelling aloowance req to travel to his sites salary was also on 10th of month through cheques no pf no health ins and mr uday goyal is a despo he ask girls to come at his place i would never recomend any female to join oxygen yes i learned a lot about lands from purav sir and kaustub

this company just talk about higher incentives and lower salary and this company never give incentives nor they give what u have spend for travelling
