Oxygen Lifeline is a fast growing medical retail chain company, which has grown from just one medical retail shop to 21 retail shops in different parts of Madhyapradesh, Company has very ambitious growth plans, planning for pan India presence, providing medicines at highly subsidized . presently, the total workforce is of more than 200 employees, I am being in the core group get the opportunity to provide training to new recruits,both from Warehouse and Shops, Company is having a turnover of more than 3.5 crores turnover per month, but as the company is passing 20% discount on branded medicines, the profit margins are very lean, and company has to manage the show with limited resources.

Dislikes

Oxygen Lifeline is an upcoming company, and has some issues, company needs to be more professional in its overall approach, there should be minimal interference in the working of each Department, every Department should be made accountable for their action, a process needs to be matured into a system, which would improve the efficiency of each Department and will make the overall Operation more efficient and more productive.
