It is good company for fresher and who want to learn a chemistry, grow slowly but -effectively. This company total dependent on knowledge and personal performance. Mostly good for MSc candidate because they give to grow them and provide platform equally for both PhD and MSc candidate there is partiality. They are able your problem related to work,any person able to talk. Higher management is too good and supportive.

Good career growth for MSc candidate and mostly salaries at initial period was less but increment was good that makes a equal after 2-3 years.Politics was everywhere but here was less. Leaves problem some time facing who was for long distance they are not allowing 4-5 days leave. facilities was less but
