Nothing to be honest, I've excellent typing speed & over 7 years experience in international chat so they hired me in just 25000/month saying permanent night shift but asked to leave saying you're logging late in morning shift at 6 am. Maximum break they allowed was for 15-20 minutes only & gave replies that nobody takes breaks so why you deserve for 30 minutes. I explained them my wife is pregnant so I've to takecare myself & cooking takes time but they never understood & told you're the only one taking 30 minutes break which is negative for our work culture. The only staff which remains with them are girls who work for them in 18000/month

Everything, foolish management from Australia had no manners to deal with customer service agents even when their supervisors were sleeping throughout the shift they only caught agents saying your internet speed is low. Supervior's replies assisting new joiners were like they are their kids "I can't explain each & everything, find yourself" The process itself was like a scam where they were handling customer service for over 50 clients, generating leads or fixing meetings so they get paid from them in Australian dollars & what they paid to their Indian staff were just peanuts

This job is a blessing for me. I have no work pressure and stress from the management side. They train you well and it's up to us how quickly we can grow here. It's a great choice for people who want to work permanently from home with good career growth. Our super bosses are very friendly and they don't treat us like an employee but like a family with so much respect and care.

It is a work from home job. There are 3 shifts in total, Initially you will be assigned to morning shift for training. Then moved to a different shift accordingly. You do get leaves or swap for a week off if you inform a week prior. Relaxing and informative job for people who wants to work from home.
