I doesn't find any dislike at Oxford Policy Management. Compensation is good for their regular staffs but decent for Project staffs. Also there is no on-job training for their staffs.

Dislikes

I dislike about Opm that all the working people who are providing training to nurses they are unskilled, for eg covid research and all health research , training provide by untrained people. And they people misbehave and argue. Even covid time they provide training on Saturday and Sunday. Even sometimes since morning to 9 pm they take time for meeting and one day for review we have to spend 12 am in night .so they people not take care to employee hard work. There criteria for renewal or extending project is only thoes who behave not knowledgeable person.
