It's was a very good experience. I love teaching and I got an opportunity to teach people about English Grammar.

Dislikes

Being a Central Manager I had a lot of responsibilities but the salary was less as per the work I did.

Likes

Working at Oxford was a great experience for me. Management and colleagues were extremely cooperative. Gopal Sir treat all employees like family. Specially female staff consider him like father. I consider myself lucky enough that I got the opportunity to work there. I had to leave the job as I got married and my new residence is far from the Oxford. Initially I was afraid that how would I be able to adjust there but gradually I started feeling comfortable. All the amenities were provided there from kitchen to washroom everything. Classrooms are fully Air conditioned and well ventilated.

Dislikes

It was my first job of 9.30 hours. Though there was no pressure that compensate the rest. But for girls its bit difficult to manage time accordingly.

Likes

The Management was very good, always helped and supported their teachers and provided innovative and latest technology to the teachers to enhance teaching skills.

Dislikes

Sometimes teachers were very rude to others.
