Great opportunity to work in an INGO, which gives us a feeling of helping the needy without disturbing my bread and butter. Though I had handled 1 &above roles in previous organisation, here i had the opportunity to handle 4 departments. learned how to tangle with each department especially when you are the POC for the branch. Got introduced to new field of works like HR,FR data management etc Travelling out of Bangalore for job was something new for me here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth a big no. Work pressure is high. Though you have work timings scheduled, my job role requires me to give more time to the organisation. The past 1.4 years hardly i would have reached home early,until i was unwell or there is some emergency situation. Added responsibilities without information and training.

...m his job with maximum efficiency. A very good learning culture is present here. Salary and benefit packages are not so bad

Good work environment abd culture. Comany policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike. Teammates are also good. My experience is really good.

Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.

management are very cooperative for woman employees..woman safety is good..8.5 hrs working hours after that no one force u to stay im office

Working culture is not good,so much office politics ia there ..specially for north India people who joined there and the South Indian dominated office culture..

The company is open to innovation & readily adopt latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products & has a global client basic. Another plus point that my colleagues come from various culture background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. In a day I have to attend client calls in the evening & sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the time.
