Management is incompetent and stubborn . Most managers are just process experts and have no managerial capabilities . Work distribution and allotment is biased and promotions are also unfair . Some people are favoured over others

Occasionally, long working hours after office. Limited growth after 2-3 years.

Client visits and meetings are done always by senior management only, even though middle management do the main work, missing out on exposure and connection opportunities.

Appraisals are above Industry standards might get saturated with time. Kind of work done here is amazing and something which is little bit niche... From finance perspective one can really say it is an excellent job. People here are very friendly and the learning curve is steady though flattens a bit over a period of time. No lay offs gives you security most of the managers are very friendly and understanding in terms of work as well as personal life balancing No of holidays given are also good.

Dislikes

No. Of hours a day might be extensive in most of the days work life balance in higher position get lesser and lesser but it covers all tgis up with quarterly and annual outings (upto 7) to keep the employee morale high.

Good appraisals and employees can take leaves. Amazing parties organised by company and culture is better than many companies

Monotonous work, No hybrid policy, Learning opportunities are extremely limited, No cab policy
