...ay morning at 7.55 am only. Many times you will come to school and return back Get your salary first week of the month. Dont expect anything else

Nothing positive,most rules favour to management not faculty

Dislikes

If they need do not Target you, heavy working hours, if you came late to school, study hour salary deduction, if you take leave on Monday or Saturday two days salary deduction, don't join any faculty, less salary increment, management need always marks, if the students are capable or not ,local politics, no coordination between faculty, faculty complain on each other particularly kerela faculty, my suggestion is do not join any Telugu faculty in that organisation, most rules favour to management, if you need leave job, you must inform three months before to the organisation.

There is nothing to like except good nature of students.

Dislikes

Everything about the management. They have no pre written policies. The decisions depends on their mood and need. No staffroom. Even you have to get permission to use school computer. No mobile phones allowed. No access to network. Local teachers know how to please the management and they get exemptions. No role for principal. Each decision will change twice or thrice so you can't plan anything. No holiday announcements. You have to come to school to find whether its a holiday or not.

Likes

The Management has too much control over the affairs of the school. Relatively light work load when compared to other schools of similar working.

Dislikes

Lack of freedom. No staff room. Teachers are not encouraged to socialize with each other. Need to seek constant approval from the top level for any kind of free thinking. Teachers are supposed to sit in the corridors during free time. Working hours are exhaustive (8.30 to 5.30 in rare cases). There is constant pressure for better results even though all possibilities have been explored to get the best results from a given set of students.

It’s only profession as teacher and students and their eagerness to learn

Now and then rules are changed according to fancy mood ... teacher is valued depending on how much you speak n find out n share personal life of other teacher
