Such a poor company i have ever worked with. Senior people have no sense about business and they believe that we the people working at store need to get the business by doing some poor begging activities and even some marketing activities. Then what Marketing people sitting at HO doing? They believe that by distribution of brochures in the corridor and by taking the board in hand like people ask for charity, business will happen. If it will not happen, they will start harassing you because they can't fire you and you by yourself will leave the job. Never suggest anyone to join because no growth, no future and hectic management with zero knowledge and skills in HO

I cannot believe on myself that by listening the name of Japanese brand i have chosen it to work with.

company is good origin !! they have good people in japan !! but in india u cant expect that !!

they wont let u learn anything and will start to expect since starting !! if u do little mistakes than company is not for u , coz as per japanees u cant do mistakes , even if u r indian they will expect you to work like a robot , Ceo to bottom every 1 have zero knowledge about actual process , Hr think himself as owner of company , every 1 sitting in HO have misconceptions about them .. so if u can be insulted infront of your juniors and u can work by creating MIS with competing them , than this company is for u ...and yes 1 main thing is MANAGEMENT sitting in HO doesnt know anything instead of putting stupid questions and this is my personal eperiece after working with 6 companies
