...t reason we are miss our family time. Every festival we are facing leave issue. They are initial give good salary but they are not gives good salary increment so it's company not good for long service because they are not good for our financial status and family quality time

Bad company, there's no job security not even for the permanent employee. Management is totally bad the HR dept they call you when the production is high and they force you to resign when there's no production and there's no work for us to do.

Dislikes

It's a company who fools newly diploma graduates into working like a animal's for 16hrs they pay a good salary when you are trainee but reduce it when you get permanent in the name of insensitive they only pay 15k a month with a yearly incremental of 3%. Highly recommended not to join this company. There is no work like a operation engineer tou work like a majdoor and the experience is of no use anywhere else.

No company canteen, salary structure like your package is 4 lack but inhand salary is only 26K, work profession(you are doing mechanical engineer) and work profession is like contract worker. No any engineering work

We are taking all kind of preventive meadures to stay safe . From hand washing, temprature measurement, 24×7 mask, social distancing in work place . This is time is very bad for all of us but we OCians are thinking that we all togather defeat this pandemic😁😁😁

Everything is is excellent... Oc security, culture to oc management but salary is low.

While working I don't like get Messy my clothes I think there should provide uniform in some department where in need.
