This company is good primarily for remote work option, but I personally didn't have a great experience with many other aspects

Dislikes

The biggest issue was the excessive micromanagement, The company is essentially a service-based business, where they send developer to work on client projects, but they often try to act like a product-based company. They constantly ask for status updates every few hours, and there's a tendency to criticize or insult you in local meetings with higher management. Additionally, there are far too many meetings that disrupt productivity. Overall, it's only suitable for freshers looking to gain some experience. Job security for senior developers is poor. Once a client project is finished, You're often fired, since they have only few clients to rely on. Don't believe the high-rated reviews done by management.

Work culture and permanent work from home.

Dislikes

Micro management done by seniors. Team leads are not satisfied with juniors work. Confirmation gets extended inspite of working hard for the company. Many of the team members left the organisation bcoz of the micro management.
