Wipro is good at deducting employees salary without explanations. Higher management and hr team are unreachable and don’t care about employees concerns. Strong regional biased and favouritism culture in Wipro for promotions and other benefits talent doesn’t matter . If someone from same state or territory of manager that matters most.

There is nothing we like at outworks not even the shift timings are pre decided. After joining for 20 days , just before the salary they will ask for the document at midnight 11 and scare that in case of failing the submit the document, salary will not be given. Pathetic work environment at all

...mprovements . There is no professional culture or an appreciation for your work. No matter how sick you are, you have to be present otherwise you will bear the salary cut despite of having lot of overtime.

I am working as a network engineer in Outworx Solutions Pvt Ltd for more than 2 years, and while working i got to learn a lot, the work-life balance is really good as well as the company culture. The people i work with are really polite and helpful.

The salary and benefits are good but, appraisal could be improved.

This is the worst company. I have been at. They do not have term called work life balance, you do not get weak off on Sunday's also.

Salary is very low. No work life balance. Work on weekends also. You have to literally fight for your own weekoff.

...horrible decision I took to join this company.there is no communication with HR. Every time they cut your salary. Politics with employees in bajaj pune, Please recommending you to not join outworks as a payroll company.
