Company CHRO Shailja is very arrogant and shouts on employees in townhall and other meetings in front of CEO Nitin Seth and CEO totally ignores. Her HR assistant Deepti is also very arrogant and unprofessional and very rude. Company IT support is not good and you have to request them like beggar for replacing faulty hardwares. Facility is very poor and managers are also political and does not dare from direct political activities. In DSM literally I fight everyday and do not want to work any more here. My life has become a hell. If you are joining team of VP Kumar Ashish then your life is going to be in hell and anytime he can put you in PIP.

Hire and fire company.they will hire you for high salary no matter your experience level with joining bonus etc etc..but once your project is over, you will be out of the company stating that it is their policy to grow

Culture was not good may be because it depends on your manager but it all depends how managers are groomed. May me in other projects it might be different. It was really toxic environment and usually getting calls on sat for work which can be completed before sprints next week still manage wants to ruin weekend.

...g and go. No accountability. Don't care who joins & who leaves the organisation. They just want their salary. Specially Gurgaon & Pune HR Team. No potential project to spent 5 years. Many Directors & Sr. Directors come and go as there is no potential works leading to instability in the team. Worst part is nobody want to work. A few people who works & run the projects are kept out of key decision making and sometime kicked out. No proper process followed by HR and Employees although they will send mail every months of new regulations. Very much irritating. In a nutshell. No life but to be slave in Incedo. I left this organisation in less than 1 year.

Good learning curve for freshers. Few days with low work pressure.

Dislikes

No bonuses. No pick up cab. No shift allowances for afternoon / evening shifts. No festive gift / bonus. Strict WFO. Uncooperative Leaders. Below average office environment. Food and canteens are below average. Underhiked / underpaid below industry standards.
