Dislikes

Weak and inconsistent values system. As a start-up, the sense of independence, innovation, focus and customer centricity is surprisingly lacking. Very strong biases towards certain individuals. No transparency on investors and ESOPs

Likes

It is a good company to work with if you are a fresher. Since it is a start-up, it expect the employees to be sharp and really smart. But you can go for it, if you are graduate and getting a chance to work here. It also gives you the opportunity to interact regularly with thier CEOs and other big people in the organisation. Overall a good organization to work with if you are looking for a start-up culture.

Dislikes

The job security is not there in this company. It laid me off after three months of working since I could not work as per their expectations. Go there only if you are interested in HR domain.
