There are so many dislikes there but 1st time I saw here that the client didn't like the work so the company deducted 5000 from my salary. If you are coming office late like 5-10 minutes then there will be a meeting for 1-2 hours which is why it's late, If you have a health issue then eat your medicine and come to the office they will ask why you got any health issue. And if you ask for an increase in your salary then they will ask what work you have done, I was making 360 videos in a month in motion graphics and regular social media posts with different counting for that.

There are so many dislikes there but 1st time I saw that the client didn't like the work so the company deducted 5k from my salary, If you are coming late like 5-10 minutes then there will be a meeting for 2-3 hours, full show off that our name is top in google but I never saw there name in top, if some one's health is not good then take medicine and come to office can't take any holiday, there is no client's from outside all are there relatives if they are saying client want this this and this what ever the day is Sunday or any holiday you have to come to office and do the work and if you ask for increasing salary then they will ask what work you have done that time I was doing 350-400 videos in a month with posters, banner designs, videos like motion graphics with like explainer videos, aesthetic videos... etc. They provide you with bunch of lies.. but what is use of those works he will no holiday in whole year only Sunday if there is work you will come, no over time pay, no salary hike, no pay slips, no tax deduction, some time they pay in hand salaryDon't join this place not good for health

Politics & politics are more no benefits given by the company like PF & ESI & Professional Tax & HR & as well as employees feel insecure there is no freedom in the work they always put pressure & Sundays & holidays beget calls from management & when we take leaves also we receive calls employees feel very insecure in the company
