Earlier the pay rates were good. But lately they have reduced the pay rates to 1.6$ per hour for those working from India. Pay rates are higher for freelancers from other countries. Indians are considered as cheap labour by the company.

The time difference from 1 assignment to another assignment is very high, sometimes we have to wait 2 months for another assignment.

Extremely toxic working environment. Senior Managers have 0 professional experience and 0 management skills. You will find hairdressers and artists among them lol. If you apply as a contributor after 70 unpaid courses you will have 0 tasks since these 'clever ' Managers assign them to their friends especially the Italian mafia team Ledion, Peta. If you say something they don't like will give you bad fake reviews to kick you out. Clients should not give their projects to this toxic, non human company with 0 respect for labour law!

It's work from home opportunity is really good. The user interface on the site is good.

The problem is that it's project based freelancing work which means we only get paid if there is any tasks or projects. And now for last 2-3 months there are literally no projects available so there is no income. Also the team leads and other office people are hard to contact. There is very large communication gap.
