Working hours are too long here. Salary for the fresher is also not so nice.

I have learned a lot during my job. Flexibility is there. My training Manager Ms. Nickita Vilas is very responsive and knowledgeable. She is patient with my questions and happy to jump on the call when needed in a very sophisticated manner. Her advice is very helpful for all.

...ve like they are god of employees. 4. They treat employees as dihadi majdoor. 5. Salary is too much low. 6. I'll will not advised anyone to join this company. 7. Join this company only when your chacha and tau are working here. Otherwise, you'll be torchered by them.

I like working about my post I will done my work who can done by me with in the task period. And now my experience help me to complete my tax and work within the timeline. So, I m happy with tmy Outbooks Outsourcing job.

In this sector some TL and AM not tolarate with our colegue so this thing is not good for create the good environment for doing working smoothly.

1. No appraisal 2. HR is pathetic they wont respond especially Jyoti. 3. 10 hour shift 4. There is a lot of Micromanagement. 5. Some people dont even know how to talk. 6. There is no learning so no company hire people from here as you dont learn anything.
