Nothing is good there and upper management doesn't ask the field staff about the working culture. Everything is in the hands of ABM, RBM, ZBM. Nothing goes to upper level management regarding any issue.

Company policies are very good, canteen facilities are also good. Salary on time.

ADL manager Pankaj Sharma is Unsupportive and extremely Rude. No action against him is taken by management in spite of many complains.

All about worst in otsuka. Like any type of HOD/ HR/ support is 0%. Only do works as a labor worker. No value of our work. Just only discuss about benefits/ improvement but no take action only talking.

...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.On the job training is given to new joinees .
