...licies of HR which neeed to change because there are only limited facilities....mostly all facilities only depend on the employe salary not company....

Safety is a top most priority here. Increment and Bonus is good as well, if you've a good salary. Advanced equipments are used and there's a lot of learning opportunities here. Housekeeping is always maintained no matter what. Pollution is almost nill.

Dislikes

If you have a lower CTC then your O.T. will be worthless. You'll be forced to give extra hours at work since man power is always short. You basically have no life outside the company. The "casuals" are always short makes it a lot difficult to maintain process operations. In case you joined here as "Officer" (Diploma /M.Sc.) everything is your responsibility and questions will be asked to you and "field Operators" are seen as "casuals" as well, they are not given any responsibility. Your appraisal depends on your connections.

Some people goes to home during lockdown. Comapany's management not supported type of people

Gud Rules and salary paying time gud And company afford safety for covid 19 like as sanitizer mask social distance

Company environment & company green belt. Transport facility Canteen facility Good salary & bonus Good policy and all festival and event are celebrated.

Its a Japanese MCS working on Japanese technology so lot of thing are here to learn. Lots of extracurricular activities Bit hard in starting but will enjoy in long run. Follows standard safety practices Appraisal are decent

Leave policy is not good If your boss is not supportive you life will become hell. Technical trainings are not provided
